The main idea of the concept is the reception area connected to the breakout hub, creating an exhibition area to display cultural and artistic achievements of Vietnamese people, inspired by the image of a village road, the embankment with bamboo groves, a peaceful place with childhood memories of Vietnamese and where our farmers live and work. Thus, to us, this space expresses the spirit of enthusiasm and creativity at work.
We have researched to create this area for 2 functions: one is displaying traditional crafts to visitors to deliver a breath of Vietnamese culture. The other is, when there is an event with upcoming products need to be presented by Microsoft, this will be a multi- purpose, multi-media place, combining tradition with modernity, bringing technology into an art museum.
There are famous Vietnamese folk tales, told by stylized Vietnamese symbols, arranged in solemn and emotional spaces, using traditional materials, such as bamboo and rattan, bricks, wood of a traditional Vietnamese house, peach and apricot flowers. “ Tho cam ” fabric, and silk are regional materials that both have good sound insulation and show the colors of the country.
