Union Architects is honored to be the main contractor for the construction project of Standard Chartered office at Capital Place. This is the first banking office project in Vietnam to achieve the WELL Certification by IWBI (International WELL Building Institute) and is aiming for LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
