In Vietnam, DXC Technology is one of the top company in IT industry. In 2019, the firm has a plan to consolidate its HCM offices into one place at Etown 5 Cong Hoa. Union Architects is very proudly to be chosen as a design and build contractor for a consolidated office plan of DXC. the project with huge workload 8285 sqm for total eight floors in modern design, very tight schedule and excellent construction quality, with high national standard requirements about the Imported Furniture, Technical Equipment Facility especially in The Main Server Room which is required to completed nearly three months before the timeline on Master Schedule but Union still have done it with unbelievable completion as well as meet the requirements of Specs, Quality, Labor, and Budget. During the project execution phase, Union Architects has delivered services for Design, Screed & Build Full Package and completed the Design & Construction on schedule and timeline estimation within the budget. Union Architects has provided timely updates with construction progress, potential execution issues and solution options. The completion quality was satisfactory to what DXC Vietnam had expected.
