Nuplex Industries Limited was a global manufacturer and distributor of resins used in decorative paints and industrial and performance coatings with operations in Europe, Asia, the Americas, Australia and New Zealand.
In 2024, Union was contracted by Nuplex, a leading specialty chemicals company, to design and oversee the renovation of their office facility in Bien Hoa City, Vietnam. The goal of the project was to modernize the 25-year-old office space and create a more collaborative and productive work environment for Nuplex’s growing team.
Union’s design & construction team had worked closely with Nuplex’s stakeholders to understand their needs and develop a comprehensive renovation plan. This included reconfiguring the floor plan to optimize workflow, introducing more natural light, and incorporating flexible workspaces and meeting areas. The construction phase was completed on schedule and within budget, allowing Nuplex to seamlessly transition into their refreshed office space. The final result was a bright, vibrant workspace that reflected Nuplex’s brand identity and fostered improved teamwork and employee satisfaction.
