They successfully completed the K66 Course at the Fire Fighting & Prevention University, in accordance with Decree No.136/2020/ND-CP.

Certificate No. 266/QD-T06-P2, issued on 15 September 2023, and signed by Colonel Mr. Pham Van Nam, the principal of the Fire Fighting & Prevention University, acknowledges their successful completion of the K66 Course.
